On the plus side, the bed is very comfortable one of the best we've slept in at a hotel in a long time. When I opened the cabinet next to it, the large door literally fell off. I opened one cabinet during my search for the hotel book and found a mini fridge.that did not work. I looked around the room for a hotel book with maps of the property and room service, etc.there was none. We called housekeeping and they said they would send someone to clean it right away. My husband went to use the restroom and found that there was dried urine all over the toilet. When we got to our room (438 in the sunset tower) we were pleasantly surprised that it was spacious and well-maintained. Anyway, the front desk staff were kind and friendly and answered all our questions. Surely we aren't the only people who entered the casino area by mistake. I found it extremely strange that there was no sign from the casino to direct you toward the front desk. Check in at the hotel was smooth, once we located the front desk. Their shuttle program is phenomenal you get a separate gate and bypass the super long lines in and out of the amphitheater parking lot. We came for a concert at the amphitheater. This was our first visit to the property.
